Hyundai has left no stone unturned as it readies new and upcoming models for the upcoming 2019 Frankfurt International Motor Show (IAA). Amongst these is the new Hyundai i10, which boasts an entirely new and exciting look.
The new i10 benefits from improved dimensions (20mm lowered roof and 20mm wider body) that have been further complimented by a newly adopted dynamic design highlighted by LED Daytime Running Lights, X-shaped C-Pillar, two horizontal crease lines at the rear, whilst newly-designed and optional 16-inch alloy wheels add complimetary touches to the energetic and agile look.
New interior highlights come in the form of newly styled air-vents, large décor panel on the dashboard showcasing a ‘honeycomb’ 3D pattern that is carried into the door panels. Four different interior colour combinations offer customers even more scope for personalisation. Convenience features come in the form of an 8inch colour touchscreen that features Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Wireless charging is also on offer.
The new i10 will be available at launch with two engines: a 50kW/96Nm 1.0-itre MPi 3-cylinder, as well as a 63kW/118Nm 1.2-litre MPi 4-cylinder. Both engines are available with two transmission choices, a 5-speed manual transmission and a 5-speed automated manual transmission (AMT) that drive the front wheels.
