The Audi Q8 is the Coupe SUV model from the Ingolstadt manufacturer and with the latest updates, the Q8 adds tech and power. 4 models are on offer, TFSI, TDI, SQ8 and RSQ8.
The front gets sharper light design lines. A new front apron with striking air intakes, a distinctive honeycomb structure, and a blade in matte grey identifies the RS Q8 performance as the top model in the series. The large Singleframe features a reinterpreted honeycomb structure where each individual honeycomb cell is now three-dimensional. HD Matrix LED headlights are offered with Laser available as an option should the buyer seek more enhanced lighting.
For the first time, the RS Q8 uses largely digitalised OLED rear lights featuring five digital light signatures. In conjunction with the assistance systems, they have a proximity indication feature for greater road safety. Alloy wheels range from 21 to 23 inch for the TFSI and TDI models whilst the SQ8 and RSQ8 comes with 23 inch alloys.
All models including the TFSI and TDI models get proper tailpipes instead of the fake units. The two oval tailpipes are the first distinguishing feature of an RS model. Audi Sport GmbH has placed a diffuser between them which is divided down the middle by a reflector.
The digital interior includes 3 digital screens, instrument cluster, infotainment and climate control screens.
RS Q8 gets RS sports seats with electric adjustment whilst heating and cooling is also offered.
There are 4 engines on offer. The top spec is the RSQ8 with 4.0 Twin Turbo V8 with 471kW and 850Nm, resulting in a zero-to-100km/h acceleration time of just 3.6 seconds. The RS Q8 performance comes as standard with permanent quattro all-wheel drive, an eight-speed tiptronic transmission with faster shifting times as standard. The wholly mechanical centre differential, with its compact and lightweight design, distributes engine power to the front and rear axle at a ratio of 40:60. The SQ8 uses the same size V8 engine but with  373 kW/770 Nm. The 55 TFSI has a 3.0 Turbo V6 engine with 250kW/500Nm whilst the 45 TDI has a 3.0 TDI V6 credited with 183kW/600Nm.
