Although the spotlight was surrounded by the announcement of the 8.5 GTI pricing and rumors of the R introduction being sooner than expected, Volkswagen Group South Africa had a lot to showcase to the media in the form of two special edition locally built Vivo offerings that are set to pay homage to the "GTI" legacy.
First to be showcased was this GT Concept Polo Vivo, which is based on the top-of-the-range Polo Vivo GT. Altogether, these design elements are drawn from the WRC Polo Vivo that won many accolades in the year 2013.
