Subaru gives us extra room, more refinement and even more safety in the upcoming Forester.

Get your off road-trips in line for 2019 because not only did they increase everything but for the first time ever Subaru introduced for the first time a new X- Mode with deep mud mode (whaaaaaaaaat)

With the Forester’s bold and off-road action look, the Subaru Forester comes with full LED headlights whilst retaining the trendy hexagonal grille. The shoulder lines of the Forester gives the car a stylish yet strong look with all the curves in the right places. Roof rails give the Forester that SUV look with stylish alloy wheels. The rear gets C-shaped rear lights, a sporty looking roof spoiler, a large opening rear door and “off road” accents in the bumper.

The Interior is kept luxurious with the improved quality of materials and also has a larger cabin with Subaru continually emphasising safety in its architecture (uhhhhhhh). Forest models standard with the award winning Eye Sight Driver Assist technology, seven airbags including Subaru’s Advanced frontal airbags, front seat side pelvis/torso airbags, side curtain airbags and drivers knee airbags… can a car get any safer? This is a multi award winning Subaru in terms of safety.

All Forester are quipped with a standard Subaru Symmetrical ALL-wheel Drive and Active Torque Vectoring with a new 2.0liter Saburu Boxer engine. This engine produces 115kW and 196 Nm of Torque paired with Lineatronic CVT. It has a Subaru Intelligent Drive (SI-DRIVE), which is a powertrain performance management system which allows the driver to tailor Vehicles control characteristics where by you can switch between “intelligent” mode, which helps smooth out accelerator inputs for fuel saving and “sport” mode which tunes the control response to emphasize performance. Pretty cool, you can switch between cruising to save fuel during the fuel increase drama or YOLO it out and Lewis Hamilton on them with the Sport mode.

In the Subaru line – up, the Forester will be the first to have the new two-mode X-Mode system, one will be for driving in snow and deep mud and the other will be for driving in sand and snow. The X-Mode will be introduced on the premium models. By the way, X- Mode is a device that Automatically adjusts the control power in off-road driving, leaving the driver to handle only the steering in difficult driving conditions (I see more safety for the win). Other Forester models will have the standard X- Mode single mode function and both versions feature Subaru’s Hill decent control.

We wait in anticipation for the launch at the beginning of December 2018 to meet the praised and internationally recognised Forester as well as having been named as a world car of the Year 2019 candidate.

Grades and pricing will be announced closer to the time.
