Following the recent local introductions of the Tiggo Cross CSH Hybrid and Tiggo 7 CSH Plug- In Hybrid, Chery South Africa is now adding to its big SUV Tiggo 8 lineup with the introduction of the new Tiggo 8 CSH Hybrid.
The Tiggo 8 CSH gains new design tweaks that include distinctive touches such as automatic LED headlights, a model-specific diamond-pattern grille, a sportier front bumper, and a set of 19-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the brand promises it is still as spacious and practical as ever for all seven occupants. Both front seats are electrically adjusted and feature both heated and ventilated capabilities, while the front passenger now benefits from a built-in massage function.
The seating arrangement in the car is a 2+3+2 layout , and all occupants can enjoy amenities such as dual-zone climate control, ambient lighting, a 12-speaker Sony sound system, and the entire cabin is trimmed in soft black synthetic leather , with every row having a charging port.

The electric tailgate offers 117 liters of boot space, but with the third row folded, it offers up to 494 liters of luggage space. With both the third and second rows folded flat, you have what Chery calls “van-like” 1,930 liters of boot space.
For screens , you will have a 15.6-inch LCD touchscreen, including Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto connectivity. In fact, you now have the Intelligent Voice Command system, activated by saying “Hello Chery.”
