The Elegance is hard to miss with its bold and assertive exterior design elements. My favourite in the car was definitely the spacious cabin and functions that allowed for a little road trip with family. We had the Honda Elevate in the Elegance model (top of the range) in a Platnuim White colour, although the Pheonix orange looked much better and makes all the exterior design stand out beautifully.

The outside of the Elegance is glammed with a bold look including LED lighting all-round (headlights & taillights), with distinctive daytime running lights above the headlight cluster, LED front Fog lights as well as automatic headlights. It has bold, square wheel arches that are accentuated by the design lines on the body panels above them, colour coded lower door garnish and rides on 17-inch dual-tone Alloy wheels.

Stepping inside, you are greeted by the brand-new infotainment system which comes standard in a 8inch touch screen display with features such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto (Which was a little of a hassle for me, ended up just connecting to Bluetooth). Bluetooth is included and can be controlled via remote controls on the steering wheel. My favourite wireless charging function came in handy for the long drive, The vibes did not disappoint as we enjoyed a series of playlist through the 6 speakers in the Elegance. Space, space, space is definitely the name of the game for the Elevate, My family and I had a comfortable long drive with ample space for everyone and a huge cabin of 458L (with that much space an extra two seats at the back could have been fitted, but then again money talks for things like that) However the huge cabin was a major plus for all our luggage.

The drive was comfortable and responsive, I’m just not the biggest fan of CVT transmissions, however I definitely felt safe with the safety features that the elegance comes with, Incorporating Honda’s Latest Advanced Compatibility Engineering™ (ACE™) Body Structure, SOFIX Child Seat Anchors, Front, Side & Side-Curtain SRS Airbags and much more. My biggest negative was that it doesn't come with cruise control which is a bummer cause its rivals do.

The Elegance is powered with a 1.5-litre DOHC i-VTEC petrol engine with a 6-Speed Automatic Transmission (CVT) that produces 89kW and 145Nm
I averaged a fuel consumption figure of just 6.1L/100Km, which really was efficient.
