One of the more ignored cross over SUV offering from Honda has gotten a mild update for the current year and its more subtle tweaks and nothing over the top, lets take a look

The front fascia features a body-colored grille that changes shape for more of a squared-off look instead of the previous halved hexagon design and you are now offered a new dual-tone 18-inch alloy wheel design.

At the rear there is a new full-LED taillight strip and high-gloss lower bumper garnish and you can a field day with paint options since you have five to pick from : Crystal Black Pearlescent, Opal White Pearlescent, Brilliant Sporty Blue Metallic, Meteoroid Grey Metallic, and Ignite Red Metallic.

The interior still features eco-friendly leather seats, and the center console has undergone a slight reshuffling of layout, but it is more or less the same. Found in the center console now are two USB ports (Type A and Type C). Additionally, a 15W wireless smartphone charger is now a standard feature on the refreshed HR-V. The 8-inch touchscreen infotainment screen now includes wireless Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™.

The biggest change now is in the lineup because Honda drops the two previous derivatives, which were the Comfort and Executive variants, for the sole offering of Elegance. The brand has found a way to combine the previous variants into one. Now as standard, customers will enjoy premium features that were previously exclusive to higher trims, including Honda’s innovative driver assistance system, Honda SENSING®.
