KIA Motors aims to build more hype around its upcoming small SUV by revealing sketches of what to expect when the compact SUV hits the production lines.
The sketches do not reveal much however, the maker has confirmed its upcoming SUV to be inspired by the 2019 KIA SP Signature Concept. Also confirmed is its modern and urbane design to be complimented by a spacious interior as well as its capabilities on and off road.

The exterior design bares a masculine front bumper design, and LED headlamps that extend over the radiator grille. The rear benefits from a rear bumper with a metallic muffler effect and rear LED taillamps.
Byung Chul Juh, Head of KIA Styling at KIA Motors Corporation, comments: “We have created a car which stands out everywhere, from the city to the countryside. Its robust yet sporty design will be matched by a wide range of features and technologies that are universally suited to younger buyers in markets around the world. Our new small SUV is a proposition that no other car in its class will match.”
The new model will go on-sale in Korea in the second half of 2019, with sales in other regions to follow soon after.
