Mazda Southern Africa has updated their flagship SUV lineup, enhancing the drive, features list , and you can now experience the CX-60 in three different edition offerings.
The CX-60 gains a new palette of paint called Zircon Sand Metallic. Mazda claims that this update means there are major enhancements made to aspects such as drive train noise, steering characteristics, suspension, and AWD system software recalibrations.
Mainly, the CX-60 is available in three derivatives , which are:
2.5L Dynamic RWD - This is the base level that kicks off the range. It is available with leather seats, 20-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic roof, and a power boot.
2.5L Individual AWD - Next up in the lineup, this opens up more goodies such as a 12-speaker Bose sound system, a 360-degree view monitor with a see-through view, and a facial recognition driver personalization system, making it the first model to market with Mazda's Driver Personalization System, allowing the vehicle to recognize the driver and automatically adjust seating, mirrors, infotainment, and climate preferences.
3.3L Takumi AWD MHEV - This is the top of the range , featuring that impressive 3.3L diesel- powered MHEV.
The big Japanese SUV is powered by a 2 .5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine that produces 141 kW and 265 Nm, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, while the Takumi flagship offers the robust 3.3L turbo diesel inline 6-cylinder combined with a Mild-Hybrid Electric package (MHEV) , and together these two work in tandem to provide you with 187 kW and 550 Nm.

R706,700 for the Dynamic
R888,700 for the Individual, with the Takumi flagship at R1,085,100.
