Tata is back, and they mean business, as they have just released official pricing for their budget-friendly offering, which is the stylish Tiago hatch.
When it comes to the looks department the Tiago features a modern design that includes a bold exterior, automatic LED headlamps, Smart LED DRLs, chrome accented foglamps, dual-tone roof and a cool shark fin antenna.
The hatchback rear end is finished off with boomerang shaped taillights and Tiago badging.
The interior features a 10.25-inch floating touchscreen infotainment that pairs Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a first in class illuminated steering wheel, digital instrument cluster, A & C type charging ports, and 242 litres of boot space.
The Tiago will be offered in three derivatives with different levels of specification. XM and XT will be launched from September 2nd, with the XZ launch to follow.
XM models will feature a 3.5-inch Next Generation Infotainment system, rear parking sensors and a fully digital instrument cluster.
XT derivatives upgrades to a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, four speakers, Electronic Stability Program, Hill Hold Control, a reverse camera and steering wheel mounted controls.
The XZ gains 15-inch dual tone alloy wheels, wireless Apple CarPlay, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, HD Reverse Parking Digital Camera, a fully automatic air conditioner, cruise control, push button start, a new advanced fully digital cluster and LED headlamps to the standard fitments.

The budget friendly vehicle is powered by a 1.2-litre Revotron, three-cylinder engine outputting 63kW and 113Nm. The engine is available with either a five-speed manual transmission or a five speed Automated Manual Transmission and Tata claimed a fuel figure of 5,0 litres per 100km.
